Nine Adamawa delegates to PDP convention die in car crash

The accident occurred Sunday morning, and most of the victims were youth members.

JonathanAt least nine members of the Peoples Democratic Party, returning from the party’s special convention in Abuja, have died in a car accident along Abuja-Jos highway.

Immediate reports from Kafanchan in Kaduna state said about nine youth were confirmed dead after the bus they were travelling in was involved in a fatal car crash.

The Federal Road Safety Corp later confirmed the crash.

The FRSC said the accident about 38 km from kafanchan on the Kafanchan -Forest route, at past 8am on Sunday and that it involved two vehicles, a Volkswagen Salon with reg no RAN 107 SA and a Toyota Hiace bus registered XA 399 SHR.
