30-story Building Built In 15 Days

...watching a documentary [Red Obsession] about wines and it got to a stage they needed to talk about the exceptional behaviour and determination of the Chinese ... for the first time, I saw this video about a 30-Storey SkyScraper built within 15 Days in China.

Do you think we can achieve this in Nigeria? I am not talking about doing it in lesser days... but something like this should be looked into by our Governors cos the presidency na one clown like that... It takes planning and they got it right!
