Apparently these police officers on duty are distracted by the groundnut on the tray rather than trying to protecting whatever they have in their custody.

The story behind this picture is that the policemen are on cash movement duty at a bank in Lagos where they are supposed to serve as escorts for the money being supplied to the bank.

As they say, when hunger pangs arrive, every other need takes second place, security or not.
