My country has a larger Muslim population.. but it isn't Muslim state, It's a secular nation.. so many cultures, religions and races here...
lot of women dressing mini here.. but i can say that 85% people in my country still believe indecent dressing is main cause of rape.
for me, it's all depends the individual person, covering your body doesn't stop some people from mentally undressing women in their minds.
