No wonder Margaret Thatcher, a one time Prime Minister of England, refused to write off Nigeria's debt. We spend our money foolishly.
We have $1.6m to buy two armoured cars but no money to buy AEROPLANES that fly safely in the skies.
Somebody remind me how many plane crashes have we had so far this year?
We go to foreign countries and buy planes that have been written off and meant for the scrapyard - charge Nigerians high ticket prices and fly them to their death.
But the AVIATION ministry can buy cars worth £1.6m! Can these cars fly? For that amount of money I suppose they can float on water as well!
I am sure there are more worthy things this money would have done for the aviation ministry - like buy planes that can actually fly from A to B!
It appears the Nobel Prize 2013 for Foolishness should be awarded to the AVIATION ministry of Nigeria.
Congratulations!
