Mr goodguy or what do u call yourself, I don't see reason why you should crucify a man who is only trying to look for a greener pastures somewhere. I didn't see him to deserve 5 years in prison, after all he didn't commit drug trafficking or any legible crime. He only lie just to get a visa which even most white people does just to get a visa to Nigeria deceiving people that they are here for a genuine business and yet they are actually here to do embezzle our money and yet our official give the  VIP treatment like they are all angel or what's so ever. If he is not welcome in America they should just bring him back after all he has a return return ticket instead of sending him to prison. Moreover it is the duties of the America embassy to investigate all document submitted before insuring visa. As far as am concern he is not illegal he has a valid visa not fake. The only right they have is to refuse him entrance not jail him. We should learn to see love our brothers, lying is bad but not for 5 years in prison.  Quote me wrong if you have never lie about anything in ur life. Yet you walk freely.

His vacation visa should be extended to 5 years to accommodate his incarceration
