Avoiding heartbreak may also be similar to avoiding conceding a goal through out an entire football season. Even the best defensive teams have their defenses breached at least once. Every one suffers heart break at least once in their lives. People will always fall at least once in their lives. Getting your heart broken does not make you a dumb or stupid person, it is just another way to find out which people you should never trust again. Nobody should be criticized for falling, we only get criticized for staying down. Heart break is very distasteful and unpleasant but, you always have to pick yourself up and continue with with your life when it happens
