Austin police say a Yellow Cab driver has been arrested for segxwally assaulting a 17 year old girl in his cab on January 19, 2014. According to the affidavit, the 17 year old girl told the Yellow Cab driver Nelson Egwu she did not have enough money to pay the fare. Police say Egwu told her he was former military and had a gun in the car. They say he then segxwally assaulted her in the back of the cab and let her go.
