A little girl in New York is said to have been murdered and chopped to pieces by her father before being fed to a dog.



Serenity Brown was almost 2-years-old when her father, said to be upset at her laughter, butchered her and ended her young life.

Edward Brown, an ex-convict, is said to have punched his daughter in the chest and then fed her a pitbull.
