Hello dear Brother, I think this is the first time for me to comment here though I am a regular reader. Your story got me really sad and I somehow feel your pains eventhough I haven't experience such bad things. I really do not know why men like marrying many women. Polygamy always brings problems, I will never advice it to anyone. The only person that is enjoying is the man. The children and their mothers are the victims most of the time. I am a woman and I know that there are also so many desperate women out there ready to do anything to access men's wealth. I am also against divorce because the main victims are the children. After the split of their parents children suffer a lot, emotionally and may be also physically. I think it is better that a mother takes her children along with her if she really has to leave her husband. This measure should be taken in order to avoid any future stepmother to abuse the step-children. I would advice you to forgive your stepmother eventhough she was so mean to you, let it go dear because of the God almighty who alone stood by your side during all these hardships.
