my,spanish passport that is visa free to all the western world is 13€uros=2,990naira.

we dont really need the passport now, if u apply for the passport u are wasting you money, because nigeria is going to split come 2015 by the grace of God. we  are tired to be one nigeria, so i dont give a phyuk about the passport.
