Crime before signing into law is not a crime for does that recommends that she should face the law. She has not committed the act after the law is been passed.

Language evolves.

When I was a youngest in the 70's and 80's the word "gay" meant - to be happy, joyous etc.

The word "gay" now means something entirely different. It also encompasses both male AND females in relation to ones segxwality.

With a name like "smartiyke" one would have thought you are just that - SMART!
