REMOVE THE GOVERNOR OF THOSE STATES AS WELL,THEN TRACK DOWN THOSE POLITICIANS WHO SPONSOR THEM..AS LONG AS SANUSI HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM CBN.VERY SOON WE WILL CATCH THOSE WHO SPONSORS BOKO HARAM

They don’t need to shut down the whole system in the state because they can move to another state….
With the GSM technology they can easily locate and track them.
They may also be using satellite system which can also be traced. 
I thought they were doing this all along…
