You say make him no take bribe. Police self must eat. Police get wife and picking now. If you train the police well, and pay them well, they will be able to do their job which is law enforcement. Forget about that slogan that bail is free.  Even Lawyers pay money to bail their clients in some cases, how much more, a peasant like Mr. Akabundu. Look at those innocent children; after collecting such cursed money, the policeman will end up being killed by armed robbers and we will start sympathizing and crying for our "gallant" officer.
