Thousands of people have been posting the selfies, in which their faces are wrapped with clear tape.
First you upload the amazing grotesque picture, then you nominate a friend to take an embarrassing challenge...
"Who would take part in it?" you might ask.
Well, it went viral with more than 50,000 people ‘liking’ the Sellotape Selfie page in the first 24 hours starting from March 12, 2014.
