A lot of these young boys and girls just want to use expensive phones, drive flashy cars and do the things their parents can not afford. Crime is their only option.
I met a girl recently, who is not in school and does not have a job, using a "samsung galaxy S4".
I only had the opportunity to see her house from outside and from what I saw I don't think her father's phone or her mother's phone or their annual house rent can can match the price of that phone.
