i wonda what is wrong with these myopic northern state governors. instead of building schools they are getting ppl married 2 breed more illitrate. instead of creatin jobs they giv them money so d@ they wil depend on them more. how can they fight puverty with that.

Expansion of poverty and illiteracy, Why not provide them with gainful skills? This's not a part of South, South and south East governors agenda Why only the northerner anything under the skirt is their priority.

This is very huge, that means each couple got #20972, (Two hundred thousand   nine hundred and seventy two Naira ) why can't the  state Govt use the money and create job opportunity for unemployment , that will enable them to make their own money and get married at their own convenient time
