The regal wedding in the North – with multi-city ceremonies spread across a few days, was rich in colour, culture and excitement.

On the meeting, the bride says, “We met at my aunt’s wedding way back in 2005. Well actually we didn’t really meet there, he saw me and later hustled for my number (lol). We later became very good friends and eventually started dating in 2006. We understood one another perfectly.”

Advice from the bride and groom -

“Don’t stress too much about anything, what will be will be.”

Beautiful bride Aisha has been gracious enough to walk us through her ceremonies and attire, so look out for her words.

Expensive wedding on the nation's budget. Small wonder the north have the largest number of beggars in nigeria.
