Have you taken your bath yet? Get a lawyer as quickly as possible, you have cell phone that's a recording device, play along with the offer, bring him to guilt to make apologies to you by protesting and telling him about his actions. He will will tend to offer apologies while under surveillance. Talk to your lawyer. If you go to police first and this is in God forsaken Nigeria, you are stock. Do what I said and follow the guide lines of your lawyer and you'll get more out of him than just car.
