if thorough investigation is carried out, I am sure its not a sucide. if its to be in an advance country all they need do is to get a recording of a close security camera and playback the accident scene, and less than 24 hrs the culprit will be booked for their evil deeds, The Bible says "bcaz judgement is been delayed the mind of man is set to do evil continually"..... May God help and protect us from evil men....amen!!!
