why must he put on hat at 1 am? is he expecting some visitors? GEJ always put on native attire whenever he goes to international relating meetings don't he like putting on suites as other presidents do? he always look different among his counterpart which is bad

Wearing his native attire shows originality. So I dnt see wat is bad in it except u re saying during the period of Northern presidents them waring the agbada and 1500 to functions were also bad. Please that comment was senseless
