Mother Abandons Baby On Subway Platform, Police Search for Her

New York City Police are searching for a woman who was seen abandoning a baby girl on a hot subway platform on Monday morning. The unidentified African-American woman who is said to be in her 20s or 30s was seen pushing a stroller out of an uptown 1 train Monday morning.
The woman then jumped back on the train just before the doors shut, leaving the approximately 7-month-old baby girl on her own. Quite unbelievable that does on the train who say what she did, din't report her immediately..unless the train was empty? Surveillance footage released by the NYPD shows the woman entering the subway with the baby in the stroller earlier in the day. According to a 33-year-old bystander stayed with the baby for 20 minutes, waiting for the woman to return. When no one came to claim the child, the witness contacted police who took the baby to Transit District 1 Police Station.

When she was found, the child had a rash on her face and bandages on her hand but is said to be in good condition.
Neither the woman or the child has been identified yet.
The baby was reportedly wearing a red and white blouse with red leggings and pampers.
It’s unclear if the mother left her child on the platform on purpose or is something spurned her to run away.
Anyone with information about the abandoned baby is being asked to call crime stoppers

Better than killing the child... They will find a better home for the young child. Times are hard and pls don't blame the woman, is hard having a family but is harder being a single mother... The child will get a better home. God bless America and everywhere else.

Hmmm.....guess she all stressed out...can't think straight. If she doesn't want the baby there are places where she can drop off the baby. ...no questions asked. Now they will find her and she would be facing serious charges.

20-year-old Frankea Dabbs is in police custody after she was caught on camera leaving her 7-month-old daughter, Mylanea, on a Columbus Circle subway platform yesterday, the New York Daily News reports. According to investigators, the soon-to-be 21-year-old rode the 1 train to Columbus Circle, shoved the stroller onto the platform and rode away. Now, her family members are offering a glimpse into her past and what may have pushed her to abandon the infant.

    “She really needs help,” Frankea’s aunt, Lawanna Edmonds said. “It’s not like she just abandoned the baby … Me personally, I think the child is looking for help.”

Frankea’s criminal record reveals that she was arrested twice for prostitution. Relatives also say that she struggled with mental health issues. Sadly, just a few months ago, Mylanea’s father was shot and killed during a robbery at the couple’s North Carolina home while Frankea hid under the bed

I am not surprised…. ..you've got to be mentally ill to abandon your child.
She could have easily given the baby up for adoption without any problem through the normal channels.
Let’s be thankful …she did not kill the baby. I hope she gets medical help.

Hardship is every where now and because of that, many People have given their ears to devil to lie to them and convince them as well, that's why we can see some of these shits happening in our World today.

Thankfully the child was abandoned where it would be noticed and reported by passing passengers. Thank goodness also for CCTV that captured the young lady leaving her baby behind. Thank giodness for the authorities qho wasted notime in apprehending the mother - Frankea Dabbs.

And thank GOD the child was not thrown into a well!!!!!!
