When will Nigeria, the so called giant of Africa grow up? IGP directing traffic when less developed nations has traffic lights doing same. Cheap popularity or a way of diverting people's attention away from the insecurity in the land. Its like the CEO of a multinational construction company carrying bricks to show he knows the job! This guy is a joke...
