When will Nigeria, the so called giant of Africa grow up? IGP directing traffic when less developed nations has traffic lights doing same. Cheap popularity or a way of diverting people's attention away from the insecurity in the land. Its like the CEO of a multinational construction company carrying bricks to show he knows the job! This guy is a joke...

your comment is on point guy, just to deceive the underexposure ones, that supposed not to be his duty ,his duty is to be in the office with his device systems to be monitoring injustice throughout his jurisdiction and giving order to place equity in the position of inequity ,as the IG of police if he is crying to the govt to provide traffic device system facilities to easy the burden of traffic jam,it could ve be better than this, they all are hypocrites ,in this modern age i am still wondering the way Africans are still very facing great low mentality, just for example when you are away from Nigeria for some years ,people at home ll be telling you that things are very ok,things are getting better ,but when you get there you ll see that situation are still almost the same, for example, the British came to Nigeria and introduced education forming standard 1 to 6,by setting six demarcation class rooms, just for them to quickly start from that level as then, boc they see the level of non-civilization was too much, still at this age they we still on that same pattern of six class rooms even in most cases no toilet or staff room.
