This people dey craze. That equipment only tests body temperature and temperature alone can not confirm the presence or absence of ebola. It could come from several other ailments (including common cold).
They are just creating panic in the state.
I hope all the people with high temperatures would be treated for their ailments sha after their ebola tests come out negative. (and at least a small compensation for the inconvenience and trauma)
