A high ranking British envoy who arrived Lagos this evening September 2nd reportedly slumped and died shortly after landing at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport.
Immediately the man, who arrived on a United Airlines flight slumped, eyewitnesses said many passengers and airport officials took to their heels for fear of the Ebola virus disease. The man was later attended to by airport health officials who after carrying out proper examinations on him found out he'd suffered a heart attack. His body is currently in the custody of airport officials.

Airport officials are trained to expect any unforeseen circumstances and to deal with them to the best of ability. Secondly an international airport is a gateway into our  country. International passengers, visitors and Nigerians use the airport. How bad do you think it looks when you see staff in uniform or wearing airport staff or security badges instead of running to offer assistance are instead running in the opposite direction.

They can easily call out for assistance from medical staff through their radios if they feel incompetent. God forbid no Nigeria airport is used in a terrorist attack!
