The Military Court Martial on Tuesday morning sentenced 12 soldiers to death. The soldiers were among the 18 soldiers charged for mutiny on the 13 and 14th of May 2014 at the Maimalari Cantonment.

The soldiers were charged with six count of criminal conspiracy to commit mutiny, disobeying lawful orders and various acts said to be inimical to the military service.
They were also found guilty of insubordinate behaviour, use of abusive language, levelling false accusation against their superior officers, among others.

After using Boko Haram to kill the soldiers, they are now
using the judge to execute them. No reasonable judge will
sentence those soldiers to death. This is the worse
government we ever had in Nigeria as a country

Oscar Pistorius killed his babe. He escaped murder but may get years for
manslaughter. Kabiru Sokoto was found guilty of terrorism (another guise for
mass murder). He got a life time in jail. Some soldiers protested against
authority, made an attempt on their boss. None was killed. 12 of them get the
death penalty. One to serve 2wks hard labour in jail. Others are free.
Meanwhile, masterminds of the crisis which caused their protest are free and
popping champagne somewhere with them babes...really, the law is an
assessment, real ass.
