The hypnotizing time-lapse video shows what happens when you take a photograph of yourself every day for eight years.
From a fresh-faced teen to a proud husband and dad, the clip is a true "life montage."
The video — called "Picture of My Face Every Day for 8 Years" — starts with a quick shot of the subject as a long-haired child in May 1993.
It then zips forward to September 2006, where he appears slightly chubby cheeked and wearing a bead necklace.
A later picture, which shows the video’s star growing into a young man.
As the months and years roll on by, he slims down, gains a more defined jawline and repeatedly alters his hairstyle.
His wife and two children also make brief cameo appearances.
The star of the video has not been named, but he uploaded the clip to YouTube under the username Dumo on Aug. 26.

"I 'borrowed' the idea off another YouTuber, I thought the idea of documenting the ageing process was cool," he stated in the description.
"The downside is my Asian genes prevent me from actually aging or growing noticeable facial hair, which I'm sure would have made this cooler," he added.
And the father-of-two revealed he was now working on a picture project of his two "unsuspecting kids," who he said "have no idea that taking a selfie everyday is ridiculous."
