dat makes no difference though because there are some nigerian girls who still fall in d victim of bad friends company so is all everywhere but d training is more important.

Parents that love their children will correct their children with good counsel as well as the rod of correction by applying cane. 4get about US culture. Ours is in line with scriptures that says "train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old he will not depart 4rm it" & another that says " foolishness is bound in the heart of a child but the rod of correction will drive it far from him" Read proverbs and get it straight for yourself. where you train up your kids is not the problem but how you bring them up. Children can be raised anywhere, what matters is teaching them the right way to face this life.
actually, your suggestion seems to be so constructive ,proper upbringing is essential for shaping one kid's future life. but when considered from another point of view, the place that ones kids live is influential to their way of life.
