Can a man cry for a woman (Page 10)

My original intention for her was marriage or no friendship at all. She accepted-or pretended to have accepted. Then came a time I was helplessly sick to the extent of piiiiiiing & poooooooooing on bed. She was there to clean me up!
I became well and reinforced my committment for her! Ofcourse, I was not gainfully employed neither was she. As a man, I knew I could do all sorts of odd but honest jobs to earn a living but for my wife to be, I longed to offer her a decent job, reasons why I put in all my hopes, resources and time to see into her needs until she had a gainful economic activity- she opened a hairdressing salon with my inputs, though small.
At the moment I gathered resources to approach her parents, behold she told me off. With tears, I mean genuine tears in my eyes, I pleaded right infront of her friend that if she intends separating from me, she permits US have just one kid; I stay with the kid all my life while she marries the man of her life---- I cried indeed yet she refused and shamefully disgraced me infront of her friend but then, I was not hurt from the disgrace cos I was serious.

There is more to the story but I end here to explain why I cried for a woman!
