While the generosity is appreciated, a full scale investigation and JUSTICE MUST TAKE ITS COURSE FIRST. Justice for one is Justice for all. Justice is worth more than riches. Realizing what causes the building to collapse and the melting of justices that follows will console families of the deceased more than the  material benefits.
Someone must be held responsible, whether the Pastor who gives out the contract or the engineers or the contractors, even the plane seen flying over the building must be investigated and the guilty of them brought to justice!

Isaiah 59:14 "Justice is turned back, And righteousness stands far away; For truth has stumbled in the street, And uprightness cannot enter. 15 Yes, truth is lacking; And he who turns aside from evil makes himself a prey. Now the LORD saw, And it was displeasing in His sight that there was no justice.

Isaiah 59:4 "No one calls for justice; no one pleads a case with integrity. They rely on empty arguments, they utter lies; they conceive trouble and give birth to evil".
