The 2014 Ballon D'Or award shortlist features some of your favourite players who were and are still in sparkling forms last and this season. The 23-men list was unveiled by World football's governing body today and the winner will be announced at Zurich on January 12.

Anyone else notice Luis Suarez missing from the list? On merit he should be there, Am not sure how Mascherano and/or Iniesta made it there.
