Snake withdraws money from ATM machine in Zimbabwe

A snake in Zimbabwe has been able to withdraw cash from Barclays ATM. Occuring in the capital city Harare, the snake then proceeded to enter a nearby car. Social media was awash with pictures of the incident. A large crowd of onlookers had also gathered to see what was going on. The owner of the car who came later, drove away leaving on lookers bewildered at the spectacle.

why is it that it is only in Africa that mysterious things happen. E.g. this kind of case  and dead person resurfacing in another's place.
