The level of corruption in Nigeria is just too alarming,it was discovered at some part of lagos state that INEC officials went as low as asking people to pay 100naira before they can be registered.

The truth must be told,the area in question don't have electricity they barely get 30 minutes light in a day,so its only rational for the Inec officials to collect some token to rent and power the generator,better still they should ask for the residents to provide them with electricity to allow for their smooth operation
