Jilted Lover Attacks Man With Razor Blade

A jilted lover, Bunmi Akuku, 28, took her own pound of flesh from her boyfriend, Dimeji Emmanuel, for dumping her for another woman.

She was alleged to have used a razor blade to cut Dimeji from his chest to stomach, when he told her that he was no longer interested in the relationship.

P.M.News gathered that the duo had been lovers for seven years and had lived together at 14 Akeem Lasisi Street, Shasha, Lagos.

While Bunmi was waiting for her lover to make the necessary moves by meeting her parents to arrange their introduction and marriage ceremonies, the man gave her the shock of her life when he told her that he could no longer continue with the relationship. He then ordered her to pack out of his house so that the woman he wants to marry could move in.

Shocked by his action, Bunmi reportedly went to the man’s house and attacked him with a razor blade, injuring him in the chest and stomach.

While the victim was rushed to the hospital, Bunmi took to her heels.

The matter was reported at the Shasha Police Station and she was arrested and later  arraigned at the Ejigbo  Magistrate’s Court.
