When President Yaradua died The North were agitating not to transfer the power  to his vise Which is the normal thing according to the constitution. But because God is the supreme judge He was made the president anyway. 
Again When it is his time to seek  electoral mandate They said he should not, because it was the North´s  turn. That was when this shameless Buhari said that he will make it ungovernable for Jonathan. Nigerians took it for granted but Buhari and co were seriously planning  how to use Boko haram to blackmail and give the administration a bad name. Besides out of  54 years of Nigeria´s existence the Northerners have ruled for  more than 40years thus keeping the country in total darkness .   
What do they really mean. Born to rule???
