Angry Youth Burn 7 Suspected Ritualists In Benue

Seven ritualists were on Tuesday, February 10, burnt to death by an angry mob.
According to Reporters, the incident happened at about 1.00pm at Naka, Gwer West Local Government Area of Benue State.
A witness told the website that the ritualists were suspected to have killed an 11-year-old.
The witness, Toryila Adamgbe, the ritualists killed the 11-year-old during an unsuccessful attempt to kill the teen’s uncle.
The suspected murderers were mobbed by angry youth who took laws into their hands, and burnt the suspects alive in three locations within Naka, headquarters of Gwer West Local Government.
According to the reports, two of the gang members who killed the teenager however escaped the lynching by the angry youth and are still at large.
Another source told the news website that the gang has been threat in Naka community, and were suspected to be among those committing most atrocities within the council area.
