THe former un ambassador  andrew young was very right ,nigerians dont like nigerians, both at home and  abroad, tribalism is still very high, segregation is high ,corruption is uncontrolable, certain tribe can not become
president in the country ,if you are voted into power < elective offices > to serve  ,rather than serving the
people , the people will have to serve you ,politicians. certain tribe  forbid marrying from other tribe.
As a matter of fact nigerians are not honest people in everything ,they are not honest to even themselves,
how can you then say ,you like your so call brothers and sisters ,when the only thing in your skull is lies.
In certian country were nigerians live and work abroad, many see others as competitors,  if you live in a country
for many years and  no tangible achievement ,while  someone who came not quite long has achieved so much ,
he is seen as   problem to there own development ,they now try to pull him down ,tribalism exits among nigerians  abroad, i will encourage nigerians  to change  there way of thinking ,stop thinking like your father and your grand father, think differently.lets  make nigeria a better  country and change the world.

Ummmmmmmmmm excuse me but I live in the U.S and I probably have more pride for Nigeria then some of the people that live there. Plus I have never been to Nigeria but I represent all day everday!!!!!! I wear da Naija bracelets I speak the languages (yoruba and igbo) and I cook da food. So dont say that Nigerians abroad dont like themselves because it is mostly the Nigerias that left Nigeria to go abroad not the ones who were born abroad. So u should try not to GENERALIZE and be SPECIFIC.!!!!!

TRUE, it is very sad that Nigerian don't like Nigerians abroad but the thing is that SOME Nigerian are very Greedy in nature which create's the problem of jealousy, evny... then they begin to look for each other down fall just because they want to get ahead of their fellow Nigerians.

AMBASSADOR Andrew Young, former United States permanent representative to the UN, on Friday, gave an assessment of Nigerian and its population, saying Nigerians don’t like one another.

Young, who was the guest speaker at the maiden convocation lecture of Bells University of Technology, Ota, Ogun State, spoke on the topic, “What is Wrong with Nigeria? He said: “Nigerians don’t like Nigerians. You don’t like yourselves. You wake up in the morning and look at yourselves and you say God made a mistake.
