let them do it free registration free forms etc. but they will collect 10000 naira from 20000 people dats 200 000 000 naira and from the 200 million they use 20 million to sponsor 10 students and pocket 180 million . theives plenty for naija

Quick correction: It is very dam difficult to work in the United States if you did not have a Green card or citizenship. Without this, no employer will hire you and they report you to Immigration right away if you show up without these papers. You will never get admission in any school with a student visa, Green Card or citizenship. So this advertisement is a complete scam.  Something, they issue work permit, but mostly for few immigrants from their neighboring countries like Mexico, but not from African Country. America is not as easy as it sounds to survive.
