@ poster, get a life, or better still, get a job and stop this petty rumours-mechandising, which apparently is your stock in trade. Making wild allegations without Title Deeds, does not make it "authoritatively" but a mere smear campaign.

You have forgotten that it was six-hellish years of GEJ's misrule and unbridled corruption that has brought Nigeria to her kneels with governments, both state and federal, unable to pay salaries, boko haram rampage, lack of petrol, pepertual darkness, $63 billion debt etc., the list of woes goes on to eternity.

Yet you are here making cheap claims against a government that is less than a week old. Sorry for your life.

For the fact that we regard this poster as a responsible person, that's what will make me drop a comment in this topic,
nothing in this news actually pointed to the possession of the house by buhari, let us be sensible and be honest to our self, we want to know,  since when he acquired this property?
does it make a sense for some one to have a house in the same city he lives and yet be a tenant in the same city at the same? Common sense is never common with so many people nowadays

Well, I guess the devil you know is better than the angerl you dont know. 2 billion and that's just for one house. Mr cattle rearer

You are such a simpleton. Without cattle, you are reduced to eating dog meat.

How did you connect PMB with either N2 billion or the house he was evicted from in 2012?

Talking about Jonathan, you mean you prefer the man and woman who have bankrupted the country?  You are a pathetic apologist for your devil and I conclude by repeating a quote from  a wiser and more thoughtful member in the following:

I had always suspected that you were an irresponsible blogger scavenging and dustbin-diving for sensationalism over factual reportage to your own damnation.

The President was actually evicted from this same property by the owner in 2012. At the time it made national headlines and also in some social web sites.
A blogger worth his salt, which evidently you were not, would not lap-up drivels but research topics as opposed to your usual warped blogs.

Kindly read this news published in 2012 -

http://newsdiaryonline.com/gen_ejected.htm

At the moment, General Muhammadu Buhari, presidential candidate of Congress for Progressive Change ,CPC has no abode in Abuja.Newsdiaryonline learnt Buhari has been ejected from what used to be known as his residence at Asokoro, Abuja because he could not afford the N20 million required to renew the rent.Even after the rent was reduced to N15 million, the General still could not raise the fund. The house he was ejected from is located at number 11, Queen Elizabeth street ,Asokoro.

Investigations revealed that associates of Buhari made efforts to convince him to reach out to Umaru Almakura, Nassarawa state governor( who was elected on the platform of CPC ) so that he could offset the rent but Buhari refused to ask the governor for assistance. He would rather maintain his integrity than have the governor spend money on him.The CPC flagbearer chose to move his property to Kaduna as soon as it was evident he could not raise the money on his own.

Newsdiaryonline learnt that some of Buhari’s associates who wanted to avoid his ejection actually reached out to the owner of the property .And the landlord even agreed to slash the rent to N15million for the sake of the General .Sadly, he could not pay and he accepted the option of moving his property to Kaduna .Buhari is believed to have made up his mind to put up somewhere he can afford whenever he has something to do in Abuja henceforth.

But more interesting revelations unfolded upon further enquiry.Newsdiaryonline learnt even the two- year rent which became due for renewal was paid for by yet another retired senior military colleague.”I can tell you that it was General Theophilus Danjuma that even paid the initial rent for Buhari for him to move into that accommodation,”a source said in Abuja.

Initially, some observers felt all Buhari needed to do was just to let the presidency know about his predicament and help could come easily. But the General apparently didn’t think like that.Of course,it is understandable. His party ,CPC challenged the election of President Goodluck Jonathan until the Supreme Court recently affirmed Jonathan’s victory.
