This statement by the president is somehow vague, Who can substantiate the statement that the treasury is almost empty. Nigerians are not fools jst the way the leaders would want to make us believe. almost empty is not satisfactory. The amount available in the treasury could depend on the individual concern. We also know that monies from various agencies get to the federal treasury on a daily bases.

@UPLOGSA  You must be insane. Internal and foreign reserve 30billion dollars. Nigeria is completely broke with that 30billion Dollars. Obasanjo left between 60 to 70 billion Dollars in foreign only.
