International Reggae Artist, Victor Essiet Kidnapped In Akwa Ibom State

Victor Essiet of the Mandators Fame, an international reggae artiste of Nigerian origin, was kidnapped. According to sources, the incident happened at about 3am, on Saturday, June 27, 2015. Unknown gunmen had abducted the artiste in Nsit Ubiom area of Akwa Ibom state. Victor was returning from the Akwa Ibom capital, Uyo, where he attended the wake-keep of his late elder brother, Tony Essiet. Tony died last month after a bad fall in the bathroom of the hotel where he lodged. They kidnappers have not made any official demands yet at the time of filing this report.
