Buhari’s Brother In Law Files Petition Against Sahara Reporters Over False N300m Arrest Story

A few days ago it was reported that the brother in law of President Buhari – Alhaji Musa Yola had been arrested on the orders of the President for charging an unnamed businessman N300M to secure an oil block. Yola who is the younger brother of Mrs. Aisha Buhari denied the story and the arrest, a claim which was backed up by the presidency via President Buhari’s spokesman Garba Shehu who called the report untrue.

Now word reaching us reveals that Musa Yola through his lawyers is demanding Sahara Reporters retract the story and issue an apology over what they state is a false story. Sahara Reporters published the story as an exclusive on June 28.

A letter from his lawyers, Mabvocate Law House based in the FCT, has been leaked – see it above and it’s conclusion after the break.

The lawyer should have Sue the Sahara immediately not even asking them to apologize, all these false publicity must stop even this our lieing naijapals should as well Sue for many lies the one that pain most was lieing against the death of our expresident's son.
