Should sicklers be neglected

With great pain in my heart i write this words, it hurts to know that people can still neglect their very own kind of creature just because of sickle cell genes.

A very good friend of mine is heart broken write now because she told her lover she was sickle cell'd. when has being truthful turned into a crime in love, funny of all the guy claims he loves her but cannot go on with the relationship, to my amazement he his an AA..

Not all of them have short-life span....it all depends on the amount of love and care showered on them. It's understandable that the guy doesn't want 2 spend his life looking after a sick-wife.....sounds selfish....but dats the limit of his love for her.

it's really sad.......i have a close friend dats been really unlucky. He's an SS and all the people he's fallen in love with are either AS or SS. And this guy is everything a woman wants in a man......but he has severe crisis(mainly rheumatism) very often which is enough to scare a woman off.
