seriously it's so annoying, have been with GTbank since 2006, buh in the last two years, there services has gone low, my accounts have been deducted unnecessarily, just today one of my accounts got deducted and when I went for complaint, they told me it was a glitch of network, anyways have already made up my mind, am closing down my accounts. FCMB and Access banks are already serving me well, so to hell with them

Very stupid bank. The money in my account was wiped off in a day even without me having an ATM card, cheque book or having an online access. I reported the case at their HQ with follow up emails and rather than being remorseful and apologize, they talked like thieves and fools that they are. Useless bank!
