to start with no road signs...... our police na our enemy. dis na great opportunity to chop bribe............. we need to go back and redress the system.

Were Can we see the interpretation for these laws? There has to be a proper interpretation of each of the law e.g what action should be interpreted as what offence?."Driving one way", wold you say that is rout violation or dangerous driving. These offences should be properly interpreted to avoid unnecessary victimization by law enforcement officers.
