President Buhari please help us query NIGERIA EMBASSY IN SPAIN over additional 60euros fees paying for issuance of Nigeria passport. 80% of Nigerian here are jobless but we have hope. Ordinary POLICE REPORT CERTIFICATE we are paying 160 euros, even Spanish police says our embassy is too corrupt. Police report is free in Spain.
