Yeh. All thanks to Goodluck Ebele Jonathan for reviving the port-harcourt and warri refineries under the sure-p. Its so sad that a man sows and doesnt take credit in time of harvest. If its too early for PMB to take a blame, its also too early to give him credits. A few of us know the truth.
