Buhari has the right to probe GEJ administration which is the first priority for him bcos he has to progress from where he started.
Meanwhile if GEJ refused to probe OBJ administration bcos they were all in the same party or/and are both corrupt together. That is GEJ wishes.
Buhari can still extend it to other past administration but the starting point is from GEJ government.
