That happens a lot in Nigeria . 
Its like people have gotten used to it but thank God
Things are changing fast . 
Lets see how the prof gets out of this ,,  The fact that they are even writing  supposedly public exams in the privacy of his office is enough to strip him of his so called deanship having tost the respect  and professional ethics he is supposed to be teaching the  aspiring lawyers under his tutelage
